Terms of sale
Version 2026-10-02, last updated 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from Grammar on Repeat (grammaronrepeat.com) or Spanish Grammar on Repeat (spanishgrammaronrepeat.com): a unit pack, a book, a Plus membership or a teacher licence. Everything else on the sites is free. Please read them before you buy: at checkout you confirm that you agree to them.
Who we are
The sites are run by Eduard Vlase Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16832727. Registered office: 16 Hambleton Grove, Emerson Valley, Milton Keynes, MK4 2JS, United Kingdom. To reach us about an order, write to us at support@eduard-vlase.com.
Who sells to you
We sell through Stripe's Managed Payments, so each purchase is sold to you by Link, LLC (shown as Onelink at checkout and on your invoice) as our merchant of record. Link, LLC takes your payment, charges any VAT and pays it to the tax authorities, and issues your tax invoice. Its address is 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California 94080, United States; its UK VAT number is GB432218330.
We supply what you buy: the files in your account, the memberships, and the licence to use them that these terms describe. If anything is wrong with them, or you'd like a refund, talk to us and we'll put it right.
What you can buy
- Unit packs: a printable workbook with an answer key (PDF), the unit's songs as MP3s, and a certificate (PDF).
- Books: songs and their verb tables as a PDF book.
- Plus: a membership, paid monthly or yearly, that gives you every unit pack and book on sale on both sites for as long as it lasts.
- The teacher licence: a membership, paid yearly, with everything in Plus, classroom worksheets and answer keys, and the right to use the materials with your own students (see The teacher licence).
Everything is digital: files you download from your account. Nothing is posted. Each product's page in the shop says what's inside.
Your account
You need a free account to buy, so that what you buy stays with you on any device. One account works on both sites. We sign you in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to that address.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. VAT depends on where you live, so the checkout asks for your billing address; the price you pay stays the one shown. Your tax invoice shows the VAT, and if you buy for a business, the checkout lets you say so and add your business details. If your bank charges a fee for paying in pounds, that fee is between you and your bank.
If a price on the site is clearly a mistake, we may cancel the order before you get access to it, and refund you in full.
Paying and your order
You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and your card details never reach us. Your purchase is made, and these terms apply between you and us, when the payment is confirmed. What you bought appears in your account straight away, under My purchases, where you can also open your tax invoice. We email you a confirmation of your order, and Link, LLC emails you a receipt.
Digital content and your right to cancel
When you buy online you normally have 14 days to change your mind (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For digital content such as ours, that right ends once the download is available to you, if you asked for immediate access and accepted that you would lose it. At checkout you do both, by ticking this box:
“I want immediate access, and I understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download is available.”
The confirmation we email you records it. So once a purchase is in your account, you can't cancel it just because you've changed your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if something is wrong with it (see If something is wrong).
Plus and the teacher licence
- A membership renews by itself at the end of each month or year, and the payment is taken from the card you used, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time under My account, with Manage subscription. Your membership then runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed. We don't refund the rest of a period that has started, unless something is wrong on our side or the law requires it.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and you can update your card. If the payment still can't be taken, the membership ends.
- If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- A membership covers every unit pack and book on sale on both sites. If we stop selling one, members can no longer download it; anyone who bought it keeps it.
- What you download while you're a member is yours to keep, and to use as these terms allow. After the membership ends, you can't download any more.
What you may do with the materials
The songs, lyrics, workbooks, books and other materials are ours, or used by us under licence, and protected by copyright. Buying gives you a personal licence to use them for your own learning: to download them, print them for yourself and play the songs on your own devices. Please don't share or copy them for others, sell them, put them anywhere public, or use them to train AI systems.
The teacher licence
A teacher licence is for one teacher or tutor. While it lasts, you may also play the songs and videos in your lessons, in a classroom or online; print the workbooks, worksheets and answer keys and give copies to your own students; and share the files with your students in a closed space for your class. It doesn't let you share the materials with other teachers or across a school (each teacher needs a licence), put them where anyone can find them, or sell them or put them in materials you sell. Copies your students already have may stay with them when your licence ends, but you can't hand out new ones after that.
If something is wrong
Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (the Consumer Rights Act 2015). If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, tell us and we'll put it right, usually by giving you a corrected file. If we can't do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, we'll refund you, in full or in part, depending on the problem.
If something we supplied damages your device or other digital content, and that happened because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we'll repair the damage or compensate you for it.
How to ask, and how refunds are paid, is on Refunds and cancellations.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. If you buy as a business, such as a school, we aren't responsible for loss of profit, business or opportunity, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits what the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you buy as a consumer, these terms don't take away any of your legal rights.
Your details
How we and Stripe use your details when you buy is in the privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or what we sell changes. Each purchase stays under the version you agreed to, and we note that version with your order. For a membership, we'll tell you about any change that matters before it applies at a renewal, and you can cancel if you don't accept it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring it in the courts where you live. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law, and can bring a claim there.
Please talk to us first: most problems are put right quickly.
